Pokémon trainer Roy has an unorthodox method of bonding with his team of Pokémon: subjecting each creature to intense tickle sessions.

As his first assignment, he has to test the effects of a strong sensitivity-enhancing drug on an unlucky captive Lucario. Not only that but he has to do so under the watchful eye of his superior, a gruff old polar bear by the name of Viktor. The day starts off roughly but the boy soon shows promise as well an endearing naïvité that starts to crack old Dr. Viktor’s stony outward appearance.

All of against the backdrop of an impossibly ticklish Lucario’s torturous trials.
